Upon commissioning me, you have accepted ALL TOS. Violating any TOS will lead to the termination of the order, and no refunds will be given.
1-Commercial UseUnless specified, the art I make will remain for non-commercial use, and unless it is part of a discount to use it commercially, 20 USD will be added to the final price. Depending on how it will be used, the price may vary2-PaymentPayment via PayPal only, and when you make a payment, please send me a screenshot of recipt (I don't have access to that paypal account all the time,e so I need confirmation of payment)
Payment will be made upfront3-RefundIf, for any reason, you need to cancel your commission after paying, you will be refunded 75% of the given amount
In the rare event that I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I will give a full refund4-Rights to WorkI own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.
I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.
